When trying to decide on a new area in which to live in your "home country" it is a minefield, yet, by taking time to visit for days out you start to get a feel for places you like and don't like which in turn makes the decision easier.

However, when relocating to another Country it becomes slightly more difficult due to timescales, logistics and inparticular with Spain, the sheer size of the Country.  We have tried to help a little by giving some general information on the inland areas in Spain in which we currently have properties for sale.  The information is by no means exhaustive and if there is anything specific you would like to know then please do not hesitate to contact us.

We concentrate on Inland Spain and inparticular many of the typical Spanish towns and villages where it is possible to experience the "real Spanish life".  The reason for this is that we feel we can offer our Clients the best service by staying in the areas that we know and we can therefore offer the best advise and assistance during "house search" period and also the "settling in" period.
